This is definitely bad news to the acai berry diet detractors.

The acai berry diet is popularly known as the best alternative to those who want to lose weight. It facilitates in the maintenance of minerals and vitamins that are not readily available in the diet of the person. The acai berry diet is considered a full meal since it is packed with carbohydrates and fiber. It is good in colon cleansing, thus eliminating toxins and fats that are produced from overeating.
